Q: Can I get all the unedited images?

A: We never deliver unedited images to our clients and here's why:

Unedited images are essentially incomplete and don’t reflect my brand or the standard of work I promise to deliver.

Photography is an art, and editing is where I bring my creative vision to life. Adjusting lighting, color, and composition ensures the final product is a true representation of the style and quality you’ve seen in my portfolio.

 

3. Professional Quality
Unedited images may have minor imperfections—like uneven lighting or color inconsistencies—that are part of the raw capture process. Editing transforms these raw captures into polished, high-quality images suitable for display, sharing, or printing.

I aim to give you the best possible experience and results. Providing unedited images could lead to confusion or dissatisfaction, as they might not meet the expectations we set during our consultation.

Q: How do I book a photography session?

A: You can book a session by filling out the contact form on our website, sending an email, or reaching out via phone.. A deposit is required to secure your date.

 

Q: What areas do you serve?

 

A: We are based in the Greater Toronto and Hamilton Area (GTHA) and are available for travel within and beyond this region. Travel fees may apply for locations outside the GTHA.

 

Q: Do you require a deposit?

 

A: Yes, a non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due on or before the date of the session.

A: It depends on the type of session. Portrait and branding sessions typically last 1–2 hours, while events and weddings vary based on coverage needs.

 

Q: Do you provide videography services?

 

A: Yes! Along with photography, we offer videography services to capture your moments in motion. Let us know if you're interested in a combined package.

Editing & Delivery

Q: How long does it take to receive my photos?

 

A: Turnaround time depends on the type of session. Typically, portrait and branding photos are delivered within 1–2 weeks, while wedding and event galleries take 4–6 weeks. Rush delivery is available for an additional fee.

 

Q: How many images will I receive?

 

A: The number of images depends on your package. We always aim to deliver the best shots while maintaining high quality. Additional images can be purchased upon request.

 

Q: Do you retouch the photos?

 

A: Yes! All delivered images are professionally edited for color correction, lighting, and minor retouching. Additional retouching requests can be discussed.

 

Q: How will I receive my photos?

 

A: Your final images will be delivered via an online gallery where you can view, download, and share them. Prints and albums are also available for purchase.
